Very nice and helpful crew working here. They've helped me with many things from cutting wood, keys, supplies, etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for personable service you will find it at Sugarhill Hardware. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it. Professional & serious about my plumbing issue in less than an hour my old faucet was removed and a new one installed. The price was soooo right!!! Thank you Marco (Dad) & sons Jeremy, & Marvin. I am grateful! Harlem deserves this kind of deliberate love of service to the community. Dr. Pypp

I went here on the recommendation of my roommate who sang their praises in terms of helpfulness and I'm happy to say that he was not wrong. I needed to get a piece of wood cut and to purchase a level and screws. I was assisted almost immediately upon entering and was able to get everything done. Friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices.

One of my favorite stores in the area, and it all comes down to the employees. The owner and his son are fantastic - always helpful and go out of their way to answer questions. My experience here has never been less than fantastic.

Best hardware store in the game, the neighborhood and possibly the whole City. Don't bother going to any of the other shops, this place has it all with consistently great and generous service. I don't know how they fit so much inventory I one space but they always have what I need!

What can I say? They’re the best. Everything I need for hands-on work around the house and beyond. Not to mention knowledgeable, kind, and true. This is the spot. Look nowhere else for all your household answers.
